Role Overview

We are looking for a highly customer-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven Full Stack Engineer. In this role, you will be part of the development team building a business intelligence platform across front-end and back-end layers, with a primary focus on the React ecosystem. You will partner with Product Managers, Architects, and Software Engineers to research, design, build, and enhance annotation platform capabilities within a big data analytics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create polished front-end interfaces by turning design mockups and wireframes into working code.
• Build and maintain back-end applications, databases, and servers that power web platforms.
• Optimize solutions for smooth performance across mobile and other platforms.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and related services.
• Keep up with changes and trends in web technologies, programming languages, and development practices.
• Design with non-functional needs in mind, including security, speed, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability.
• Continuously strengthen your knowledge by learning new tools and techniques, reading technical material, and engaging with professional networks and communities.
• Follow company policies and procedures covering QHSE, business continuity, information security, privacy, risk, compliance, and governance.

Experience and Technical Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in full stack web development.
• At least 3 years of coding experience with React.js.
• At least 2 years of experience working with one or more back-end technologies such as Java, Node.js, or Python.
• Strong grounding in computer science fundamentals and basic algorithms.
• Solid understanding of web basics, including HTML5, CSS3, protocols, and current web standards.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proven experience developing single-page applications using React or another component-based framework.
• Good command of front-end state management, with production exposure to MobX or Redux.
• Experience handling browser media operations such as Canvas, Audio APIs, and Video APIs.
• Working knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, especially SOLID.
• Experience in designing RESTful APIs.

Additional Skills

• Familiarity with widely used UI component libraries.
• Exposure to machine learning and large language models.
• Experience supporting DevOps activities such as CI/CD.
• Background in cloud infrastructure and reliability engineering.

Performance Measures

Your success will be evaluated based on outcomes such as cost savings delivered, the number of data systems aligned to architecture standards, adherence to policies and quality standards, the count of innovations or proofs of concept deployed, database throughput, and customer NPS.
