Role Overview

The Head Operations role focuses on overseeing e-commerce operations, marketplace performance, and cross-functional coordination to support business growth. The person in this position will be responsible for keeping daily operations running smoothly while using data insights to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day functioning of the e-commerce business and ensure operational plans are carried out efficiently.
• Handle marketplace operations, including category strategy and ongoing performance review.
• Work closely with teams across the business to support growth through clear communication and smooth coordination.
• Study operational and marketplace data to spot patterns, opportunities, and areas that need improvement.

Eligibility

Graduation is not mandatory for this role.

Compensation

The annual pay package is INR 6,50,000 to INR 8,50,000.
