Role Summary

The HR Manager will oversee workforce planning and recruitment for EPC projects across project sites and the head office. This role also covers payroll administration, statutory compliance, contractor workforce management, employee relations, and performance-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan manpower needs and manage hiring and mobilization for EPC projects at both site and head office levels.
• Handle payroll processing and administer PF, ESI, and other labor law compliance requirements.
• Coordinate and manage contractor labor matters.
• Support performance management activities across the organization.
• Address employee relations concerns and participate in disciplinary procedures when required.
