Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Act as the first point of contact for issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Handle incoming support requests and work toward timely resolution.
• Set up, configure, and look after computers, printers, and other workplace IT devices.
• Support account creation, password recovery, and access administration tasks.
• Diagnose problems involving operating systems, applications, and internet/network access.
• Track system health and flag technical issues that need attention.
• Keep IT asset records current and maintain supporting technical documentation.
• Pass on more complex incidents to senior IT staff when required.

Skills and Background Needed

The ideal candidate should hold a diploma or bachelor’s qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar discipline. A solid grasp of basic hardware, software, and networking ideas is important, along with familiarity with Windows environments and Microsoft Office tools. Strong problem-solving ability, clear communication, and a customer-first approach are essential. You should be comfortable working on your own as well as with a team, and be open to learning new systems and tools. Prior professional experience is not mandatory, and fresh graduates are welcome.
