Junior Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Analyst to help turn data into clear insights that support decision-making across the business. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into information, spotting patterns, and contributing to a collaborative remote team.

What you will do

• Gather information from different sources, organize it properly, and perform analysis
• Build reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for internal teams
• Look for trends, patterns, and opportunities that can improve business outcomes
• Assist with research, forecasting, and performance reviews
• Work with teams across the organization on projects and strategic work
• Keep reporting processes and analytical methods documented and up to date
• Handle one-off analysis requests and routine operational reporting tasks

What we are looking for

• Entry-level profile with around 0–2+ years of experience, including internships
• Some background in analysis, reporting, research, or a similar function
• Strong ability to think analytically and solve problems
• Good command of Excel; experience with reporting or data visualization tools is an advantage
• Ability to read data correctly and explain insights in a clear way
• High attention to detail and solid organizational habits
• Comfort working on your own in a remote-first setup
• Fluency in English
• Must be located in the United States and legally authorized to work full time
