About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Work through large and complex datasets to surface patterns, trends and actionable findings.
- Create, update and manage dashboards and reporting outputs that support decision-making.
- Partner with teams across the organisation to clarify and translate data needs into workable requirements.
- Assist in rolling out solutions that are guided by data and evidence.
- Help improve the way data analysis is carried out, including processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- Hands-on background in data analysis, ideally gained in a professional services setting.
- Comfort with data preparation, manipulation and statistical analysis tools.
- Strong focus on accuracy, with solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people across different functions.
- Capable of managing work independently while also contributing effectively within a team.
