Junior Data Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work through large and complex datasets to surface patterns, trends and actionable findings.
• Create, update and manage dashboards and reporting outputs that support decision-making.
• Partner with teams across the organisation to clarify and translate data needs into workable requirements.
• Assist in rolling out solutions that are guided by data and evidence.
• Help improve the way data analysis is carried out, including processes and efficiency.

Requirements

• Hands-on background in data analysis, ideally gained in a professional services setting.
• Comfort with data preparation, manipulation and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong focus on accuracy, with solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people across different functions.
• Capable of managing work independently while also contributing effectively within a team.
