They are hiring a Junior Front-End Developer in the MENA region for a fully remote role. Front-End Development

• Create and support responsive, easy-to-use websites and landing pages for healthcare and wellness clients.
• Transform UI and UX mockups into clean, reusable, and well-structured front-end code.
• Build marketing-focused web assets that work smoothly across different devices.

Collaboration

• Partner with designers, digital marketing specialists, and project managers to deliver strong project outcomes.
• Contribute to SEO, conversion rate improvements, and performance-oriented website enhancements.
• Take part in team discussions and share ideas to improve development processes.

Performance and Optimization

• Improve site speed, accessibility, and compatibility across browsers.
• Make sure websites perform well on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
• Follow established front-end standards that support usability, accessibility, and long-term maintainability.

CMS and Website Management

• Update and maintain WordPress sites and other content management systems.
• Apply content changes, build page structures, and create reusable templates.
• Support ongoing site improvements and feature updates.

Quality Assurance

• Spot and fix front-end issues and visual inconsistencies.
• Check websites across multiple browsers and devices to confirm reliable functionality.
• Help uphold strong code quality and project standards.

Continuous Learning

• Keep current with modern front-end tools and best practices.
• Join code reviews and work with senior developers to improve output.
• Strengthen technical ability and problem-solving through continuous development.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance assignments, personal projects, or junior-level work.
• Experience contributing to live websites or web applications is considered an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related subject, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first development practices.
• Exposure to React, Vue.js, or similar front-end frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly front-end implementation.
• Ability to use Git or another version control system.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Basic awareness of website performance tuning and cross-browser testing.
• Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, communication, and teamwork.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setup.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and keep improving.
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Bonus exposure to Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, WCAG accessibility standards, JavaScript build tools, healthcare or other regulated industries, and fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
