Role overview

Venkataramanan Associates (VA) is seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman for its Pune office. The role focuses on producing precise, execution-ready drawings and supporting coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines so that project deliverables are accurate and ready for implementation.

Key work areas

• Prepare detailed MEP drawings using AutoCAD with a strong focus on accuracy and project readiness.
• Coordinate closely with architectural and structural teams, along with MEP stakeholders, to keep drawings aligned across disciplines.
• Identify and resolve drawing clashes during the design and coordination process.
• Deliver good-for-construction (GFC) drawings for project execution.
• Apply solid working knowledge of MEP systems while preparing and checking drawings.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant will have 4 to 6 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman and hands-on expertise in AutoCAD drafting. The role calls for someone who can work accurately, manage coordination between teams, and maintain high-quality output for complex projects.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to candidates with a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, a Diploma in Civil Engineering, or qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
