MEP Estimator

Role overview

This position is centered on preconstruction work, with a strong emphasis on cost planning, procurement support, and value engineering for complex engineering projects.

Location

Frankfurt, Germany

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and project budget plans.
• Examine design documents and adjust the scope to improve efficiency where needed.
• Manage subcontractor pricing, purchasing workflows, and commercial discussions.
• Analyze the market and identify risks that could affect project outcomes.
• Contribute to value engineering efforts across mechanical and piping systems.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in MEP estimation, particularly in mechanical and/or plumbing disciplines.
• Prior exposure to data center or life sciences projects is preferred.
• Solid technical knowledge of MEP systems and the related infrastructure.

Start date

The role is intended to begin immediately.
