Role Overview

CLEAResult is seeking an Operations Analyst to support program and operations activities for a Commercial and Industrial energy program in Ontario. The role contributes to the smooth delivery of internal and external projects by handling data work, reporting, coordination, and process improvement.

This position is hybrid and requires attendance in the office one day each week for team meetings. Candidates must be located in the Greater Toronto Area.

What You'll Do

  • Build reports, examine data, and suggest improvements to policies, workflows, and tools.
  • Take part in and help lead staff meetings.
  • Handle special assignments and step into a team lead role when required.
  • Develop dashboards in Power BI and maintain KPI tracking tools.
  • Manage several priorities at once and adapt quickly when timelines change.
  • Work collaboratively in a team setting while staying organized and self-directed.
  • Communicate clearly in both spoken and written form.
  • Bring a positive, people-oriented approach and an interest in environmental work.

What We're Looking For

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an analyst position.
  • 0 to 4 years of experience in energy efficiency.
  • Post-secondary studies in Sustainability, Energy, or Business.
  • Ability to use Power BI; this is considered an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel capability, including Power Query and Power Pivot, for cleaning and analyzing data.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Previous exposure to email campaign tools such as Mail Merge or Mailchimp is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SQL, or VBA is an added benefit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers an hourly wage with a targeted pay rate of CAD 32 per hour. The stated compensation range is CAD 23.40 to CAD 40.55 per hour, with pay determined by internal equity, company salary structure, market data, the applicant’s skills and relevant experience, and certain degrees or certifications.
