Reporting Analyst

Overview

This opportunity is for a Reporting Analyst located in Germany and represents a partner company that will handle the application review and subsequent hiring steps. You will play a key part in keeping reporting systems dependable, accurate, and useful so that business and product decisions are backed by trustworthy data.

The position blends practical SQL and BI-tool work with close coordination across analysts, product teams, and other stakeholders. A major part of the job is turning business needs into clear reporting structures and dashboards that surface meaningful insights. Because the role directly affects data integrity and reporting clarity, it has a strong influence on decision-making across the organization.

Key accountabilities

• Maintain dependable reporting outputs by checking data accuracy, supporting dashboard creation, and assisting analytical needs across the business.
• Review reports and dashboards regularly to confirm completeness, consistency, and correctness of data.
• Keep reporting datasets updated on time and verify that outputs remain reliable.
• Design, update, and improve automated dashboards and reports for product and business performance monitoring, including work in Tableau.
• Track down and fix mismatches or issues across extraction, transformation, and reporting stages of the data pipeline.
• Work with analysts and stakeholders to collect requirements and make sure business metrics are interpreted correctly.
• Contribute to better reporting processes and improved dashboard performance so tools remain efficient and easy to use.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience using BI and data visualization tools, with Tableau preferred.
• Strong SQL capability, including MySQL and PostgreSQL, and the ability to write advanced analytical queries.
• Comfort converting business questions into structured analytical and reporting solutions.
• Excellent analytical judgment with careful attention to detail and data quality.
• Experience working with stakeholders on requirement gathering, solution shaping, and presentation of insights.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage reporting tasks from start to finish in a fast-moving environment.
• English proficiency at Pre-Intermediate level or above.
