Job Description
Embark on your career journey as a Store Assistant at ALDI's Kangaroo Flat location. No prior retail experience is necessary; we are seeking individuals with a positive outlook, a strong commitment to work, and a genuine desire to learn. Our stores operate daily, including weekends and holidays, ensuring a dynamic and varied work environment. Unlike traditional supermarkets, ALDI offers a comprehensive retail experience where you will engage with all facets of store operations, providing a diverse and engaging role.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently and courteously serving patrons at the registers.
- Maintain well-stocked shelves to ensure customers can easily find their preferred products.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring products are within their expiry dates and correctly priced.
- Develop and implement appealing displays for ALDI's special buys to attract customer attention.
- Uphold store presentation standards by maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.

- Receive a competitive hourly wage of $31.27, plus applicable shift allowances.
