Role overview

Atlantic Coast Mortgage is hiring a Reverse Mortgage Processor who will help move loans efficiently from application through final approval. The role involves collecting, organizing, and verifying documentation so files are complete and accurate for processing and underwriting. You will act as the primary contact during the loan journey and help keep the process moving smoothly from initial qualification to final approval.

Responsibilities

• Handle and keep track of the reverse mortgage loan pipeline in an efficient manner.
• Apply a solid understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Review loan applications carefully to confirm they are accurate and fully complete.
• Work with borrowers to collect required documents and provide updates throughout the process.
• Understand the loan profile well enough to prepare pre-underwriting conditions and help streamline interaction with underwriting.
• Process and evaluate documentation related to income, assets, employment, and liabilities in a paperless workflow.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor or Loan Officer Assistant.
• Prior experience working on the Quantum Reverse platform.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent customer service capabilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
