Role Overview

This position is for a SAP Basis Technical Consultant within the delivery team. The role focuses on client interaction, solution support, quality assurance, and ensuring reliable service delivery in a technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for clients, helping resolve issues and supporting strong service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Review business requirements, contribute to design discussions, validate architecture, and help maintain high service standards.
• Take part in project estimation and provide inputs that support successful solution delivery.
• Carry out technical risk planning and review code and unit test plans as needed.
• Guide team members toward efficient, well-structured, and high-quality deliverables while following internal standards and processes.
• Contribute to the development of robust systems that support clients in their digital transformation goals.

• Familiarity with more than one technology area.
• Understanding of architecture fundamentals and basic design concepts.
• Working knowledge of testing tools.
• Awareness of agile delivery methods.
• Understanding of project lifecycle activities in both development and maintenance work.
• Knowledge of estimation approaches and quality processes.
• Basic business domain understanding to interpret requirements correctly.
• Strong analytical thinking, technical ability, and communication skills.
• Good grasp of the relevant technology stack and domain.
• Ability to apply software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modelling methods.
• Awareness of current technologies and industry trends.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging capability.

Technical Requirements

• Primary expertise in SAP Technical areas, especially SAP Basis.
• Preferred background in SAP Basis administration and related technical support.
