What you will do

• Design and develop dependable, scalable systems that support key product workflows.
• Deliver strong-quality code while balancing delivery speed with engineering discipline.
• Spot reliability risks early and take ownership of uptime, observability, and performance.
• Use modern AI capabilities to build intuitive and original experiences for clinicians and patients.
• Review code carefully and mentor teammates to help raise the overall engineering standard.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a high-quality engineering environment.
• Proven ability to build production systems end to end with limited supervision.
• Strong command of TypeScript and/or Python; experience with LLM-based applications is preferred.
• Comfort working across the stack and quickly learning new technologies to achieve technical goals.
• Willingness to work in person in New York City five days per week.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $220,000 per year.
