Supervisor

Role overview

The Supervisor represents the Chloé maison on the shop floor and is responsible for making every client feel welcomed as part of the Chloé world. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in steering the team and overseeing boutique operations to support strong business results. When the Store Manager is unavailable, you will take charge of the boutique and act as the lead.

Client focus and CRM

• Guide the team in building lasting relationships with clients.
• Track boutique and stylist CRM targets and support the team in meeting them.
• Make sure all team members use the available CRM systems and reports correctly.
• Follow up on completion of individual CRM-related tasks.
• Keep the client database up to date, including regular follow-up on staff client books.
• Coordinate contact drives, gifting initiatives, and other client engagement activities.

Sales and omnichannel business

• Set the standard on the shop floor by supporting sales activity and improving customer service.
• Encourage full use of omnichannel services and share performance feedback with the Store Manager.
• Help analyse sales results and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and yearly action plans aligned with maison strategy.
• Motivate the team to achieve boutique and individual targets, and follow up consistently with each team member.
• Take part in commercial initiatives and bring forward ideas that can strengthen business performance.
• Stay informed about the local retail environment and competitor activity.

Team leadership

• Run team briefings that are engaging and help maintain high motivation.
• Ensure the team has strong product knowledge and that all required product and commercial training is properly applied.
• Observe sales on the floor to coach team members and identify further training needs.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Lead with example and promote the Chloé values of entrepreneurship, togetherness, excellence, creativity, and positive impact.
• Contribute actively to the management community by sharing best practices, asking for support when needed, and offering help to others.

Operations and boutique standards

• Maintain a flawless boutique presentation and ensure the team follows grooming standards.
• Work with the team and management to recommend improvements in operations, processes, and the overall boutique environment.
• Ensure all store and back-of-house procedures are implemented in line with guidelines, including sustainability requirements.
• Oversee all stock-related responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with Richemont policies and standards.
