Role Overview

What the Role Involves

In this role, you will act as a key worker and provide day-to-day care to a group of people supported by the service. Duties include helping with personal care needs such as meals and hygiene, along with other areas linked to physical well-being. A major part of the job is also supporting each person with their individual plan, helping them work toward agreed goals and outcomes. You will additionally promote community involvement, participation, and inclusion.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay is offered at competitive rates, ranging from €34,881 to €48,434 pro-rata.
• Annual leave entitlement is 23 days.
• Where relevant, a sleepover payment of €113.20 applies.
