About the role
Taktile’s Platform team is responsible for the core building blocks that keep the company dependable, secure, and easy to build on. This function supports the infrastructure and developer experience needed for enterprise-grade operations. As Technical Program Manager, you will connect multiple workstreams, convert complex cross-team efforts into practical delivery plans, and keep execution moving with defined owners, dates, and outcomes.
In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, engineering management, product, security, sales, and legal teams. You will help drive enterprise readiness, coordinate security and compliance work, and keep programs moving with a written-first, low-meeting approach. The position requires comfort in holding senior engineers and engineering managers accountable, along with enough technical depth to evaluate trade-offs with confidence. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys leading ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives from start to finish and being judged by delivered results.
What you will do
- Lead program management for 3 to 5 cross-functional initiatives at the same time, from planning through delivery.
- Drive enterprise readiness efforts across Platform, Product, and Sales, including features, certifications, and contract-related work.
- Coordinate security initiatives such as audit preparation, reducing residual risk, and handling customer security questionnaires.
- Support rollout of AI enablement across teams together with the AI Tooling Engineering function.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a SaaS environment, with ownership of multi-team programs end to end.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to run meetings, create dashboards, and keep execution lightweight.
- Confidence in holding senior individual contributors and engineering managers accountable for commitments and timelines.
- Technical understanding deep enough to evaluate and challenge engineering decisions and trade-offs.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Preferred background
- Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or fintech.
- Prior ownership of an audit-readiness program such as SOC 2 or ISO.
- Familiarity with Linear, Notion, and Slack as day-to-day operating tools.
What Taktile offers
- A collaborative environment with colleagues who support, challenge, and help one another grow.
- The opportunity to make a real impact and shape an early-stage company.
- A flat structure with direct access to the founding team and open discussion, including constructive disagreement.
- Learning and development through experienced mentors, plus exposure to a broad network of investors and advisors.
- A competitive compensation package with both equity and cash.
- A self-development budget that can be used for conferences, books, classes, and similar learning opportunities.
- Choice of equipment, including support for a meaningful home office setup.
