Role Overview
The company is hiring motivated candidates for a Warehouse Operations & Documentation role at its Tada warehouse in Andhra Pradesh. This opening is suitable for fresh graduates as well as professionals with up to 2 years of experience. The role offers practical exposure to warehouse workflows, stock tracking, dispatch coordination, records management, and collaboration with internal teams to keep operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Support routine warehouse activities on a daily basis.
- Keep inventory and stock data accurate and up to date.
- Prepare, check, and maintain documents for inward, outward, dispatch, and delivery movements.
- Liaise with transport partners and internal stakeholders to ensure dispatches happen on time.
- Track stock movement and help maintain proper inventory control.
- Follow warehouse safety practices and company procedures consistently.
- Assist with cycle counts and scheduled physical stock checks.
- Create reports using MS Excel and warehouse management tools.
- Handle any additional documentation or warehouse-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Any graduate may apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or documentation is preferred; freshers are welcome.
- Basic familiarity with warehouse or logistics processes will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required.
- Applicants should be willing to work in a warehouse setting and learn operational processes.
- Ability to communicate in Telugu is preferred; English, Tamil, or Hindi knowledge will be an added benefit.
