Human Resources (HR) Intern

About the internship

Wholsum Foods is hiring an HR intern who is organized, proactive, and interested in building a career in Human Resources. This role offers practical exposure to multiple HR activities in a fast-moving workplace, helping you strengthen both your knowledge and hands-on ability.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding by sharing openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Assist the HR team with employee relations work, including exit interviews and responding to employee queries or concerns.
• Keep employee records updated and ensure information remains accurate in HR information systems.
• Help plan and coordinate training and learning programs for employees.
• Support performance management tasks such as monitoring review cycles and assisting managers with evaluation-related work.
• Use MS Excel to prepare reports and examine HR data for decision-making.
• Work with the team to improve HR workflows and strengthen employee engagement efforts.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work full time from the office, are able to begin between 1 Jul 2026 and 5 Aug 2026, and can commit to a 3-month internship. Additional requirements

• Candidates must be based in Gurugram or Delhi.
• Strong communication ability is required.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to INR 6,000.
