AR Caller - Night Shift

Access Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and focused individual to join our team as an AR Caller. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, contributing to revenue cycle excellence.

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Achieve and surpass individual and team performance goals, including call quality and average handling time.
• Ensure compliance and quality standards by adhering to company guidelines and processes.
• Continuously enhance communication skills and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve intricate issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a customer support or call center setting is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Must be ready to work in a night shift and US shifts.
• Candidates are expected to join within a week.
• This is a work-from-office position only.
• Immediate joiners are highly sought after.

• Work Schedule: 5 days a week with fixed weekend offs (Saturday & Sunday).
