Associate Manager - Infrastructure Services (Windows/ADFS/Virtualization)

Role overview

Müller's Solutions is looking for an experienced Associate Manager to join its Infrastructure Services team in Riyadh. Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of infrastructure engineers and support staff, offering direction and mentorship.
• Own the implementation, upkeep, and support of Windows servers, ADFS, and virtualization platforms.
• Maintain service stability and performance through monitoring and preventive maintenance.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical infrastructure solutions.
• Set and uphold standards for system administration, security, and disaster recovery practices.
• Keep current with new technologies and market developments to encourage ongoing improvement.
• Plan and control budgets for infrastructure initiatives and day-to-day operations.
• Take part in incident handling and root cause analysis for infrastructure issues.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience managing infrastructure services, particularly across Windows, ADFS, and virtualization environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of virtualization tools such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience working with Active Directory Federation Services and other identity management solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership and people management.
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
• Good understanding of network infrastructure and security standards.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with different teams and clients.
• Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or VMware Certified Professional are advantageous.
