Role Overview
The organization is seeking a motivated Client Support Manager to support the administrative side of the Client Success and Engagement team. This role centers on maintaining highly accurate client data, handling detailed records, and managing data entry and spreadsheet work with precision. It is a full-time position.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist the sales teams across Teachers of Tomorrow, #TEACH, The Learning Liaisons, and Simple K12 with documents such as MOUs, purchase orders, quotes, and similar materials.
- Provide district-level support by handling status emails, candidate lists, district preference updates, and incoming phone calls across multiple states and brands.
- Participate in district meetings when required.
- Coordinate district job fairs, collect relevant details, and work with Marketing on related postings.
- Take responsibility for searching nationwide district vacancies and carrying out outreach to help fill them.
- Prepare vendor applications for sales teams across the different brands as needed.
- Collect the information needed for data entry and system uploads.
- Help prepare confidential documents and sensitive information.
- Check program data across multiple systems for consistency and perform cleanup where needed.
- Carry out duties aligned with the company’s core values.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned.
Experience and Education
The preferred background includes a bachelor’s degree from a strong university with solid academic standing, or equivalent experience in an educational or administrative professional setting. The ideal candidate will also have at least 3 years of experience in a sales support position.
Skills and Behavioral Traits
Applicants should be highly proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable using spreadsheets and CRM tools, and confident working with computers. The role also calls for a self-motivated, goal-focused learner who works well in a team environment, communicates clearly, demonstrates strong interpersonal ability, and maintains a high level of accuracy. Good judgment, speed in handling information, strong time management, and a professional, proactive attitude are essential.
