Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Dermatologist position in Sharjah. The selected specialist will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of skin, hair, and nail concerns, including acne, dermatitis, infections, and long-term dermatological conditions. The role includes consultations, examinations, procedures, treatment planning, patient follow-up, and cosmetic dermatology services where suitable. The doctor will also educate patients about skin care and prevention, maintain precise medical documentation, work closely with other clinicians, and support clinical governance, safety, and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients with skin, hair, and nail complaints and determine appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Carry out medical consultations, examinations, and dermatology procedures as required.
• Prescribe and adjust treatments while tracking patient response and progress over time.
• Provide cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology services when clinically appropriate.
• Educate patients on skin care routines, prevention, and follow-up care.
• Keep thorough, accurate, and up-to-date medical records.
• Work in coordination with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Follow clinical protocols, protect patient safety, and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Strong foundational medical knowledge with specialization in Dermatology.
• Hands-on expertise in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology.
• Practical ability to diagnose and manage acne and similar skin conditions.
• Licensed, or eligible for licensing, as a dermatology specialist with the relevant UAE or Oman health authority.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in dermatology; experience with aesthetic procedures is an added advantage.
• Sound judgment in diagnosis, treatment planning, patient counseling, and ethical practice.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving clinical environment and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Good command of English; Arabic or other regional languages would be helpful.
• Strong understanding of aesthetic dermatology.
