What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles, system design, project delivery, and technical operations.
• Hands-on familiarity with engineering tools, software platforms, technical documentation, and project management systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management abilities, with the skill to explain technical ideas in business terms.
• Strong organization and decision-making skills, including the ability to manage teams, projects, and multiple priorities at once.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, risk management, compliance standards, and continuous-improvement methods is a strong advantage.
