Role Overview

The Guest Services Leader is responsible for leading employees and overseeing day-to-day store activity. This position calls for strong customer service ability, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to help managers complete tasks that keep the location clean, efficient, and operating smoothly. A solid understanding of store procedures and a strong focus on quality and guest service are important for success.

Compensation

The starting pay range for this role is $16.85 to $21.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior exposure to, or practical understanding of, retail operations is required.
• Strong guest service abilities and a commitment to a customer-centered environment are needed.
• Comfort using a calculator, computer, and related equipment is necessary.
• The role requires the ability to collaborate with team members and communicate with customers, vendors, hourly staff, and corporate contacts.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that may include nights, days, weekends, and holidays is required.
• A background check must be completed.
