Human Resources Associate

Role overview

As a Human Resources associate, you’ll support store leadership with key people operations activities such as recruiting, hiring, staffing, training and development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance management. The role also involves spotting HR-related challenges, evaluating them, and helping implement Walmart’s HR programs and initiatives effectively.

Compensation

The hourly pay for this role is between $21 and $34. The base rate will meet or surpass the minimum wage required for the job location. In addition to hourly pay, the role may include annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premium pay may also be available in certain cases, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work being done. More than one premium may apply when the conditions are met.

This is a full-time, onsite position with opening and morning shifts available. The role is based at Walmart Supercenter #1584, 3615 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89103, US.

Full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities may also be eligible for Live Better U, a Walmart-paid education program covering pathways from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English language learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are fully paid by Walmart.
