  • Draft and publish job descriptions in the ATS while keeping candidate records, tracking, and reports accurate.
  • Compile recruiting summaries, activity updates, and pipeline status reports.
  • Support agency coordination and vendor management efforts.
  • Follow hiring procedures and employment law requirements, including EEOC and DOJ-related compliance expectations.

HR and general affairs administrative responsibilities

  • Act as the main HR/admin contact for Michigan office matters.
  • Help maintain smooth office operations in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate office logistics such as shipments, supplies, and workplace support needs.
  • Assist with employee engagement programs, office events or parties, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate Michigan onboarding activities, including day-one readiness and collaboration across HR, IT, and vendors.
