What you will do

Perform in-depth quantitative and operational analysis to spot patterns, surface insights, and guide business decisions.
Apply statistical techniques, data modeling, and other analytical methods to convert large datasets into practical recommendations.
Maintain strong data accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness across reporting and analysis work.
Build and support dashboards, automated reports, and core performance metrics using BI tools.
Turn business needs into scalable reporting solutions that improve visibility and decision-making.
Partner with operations, finance, product, and leadership teams to align insights with organizational goals.
Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Spot workflow, reporting, and data-handling inefficiencies and suggest improvements that raise performance.
Lead root-cause investigations and assist with operational enhancement and process optimization efforts.
Help define and maintain reporting standards, data quality practices, and analytics approaches.
Support junior analysts through guidance, knowledge sharing, and informal mentoring.

What the role requires

A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a closely related area; equivalent experience may also be accepted.
Previous experience in data analysis, business intelligence, operations analysis, or a similar analytical position.
Hands-on experience in collections, debt recovery, receivables management, or a related industry is required.
Strong SQL skills for extracting, analyzing, and reporting on data.
Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
Strong problem-solving ability, advanced analytical thinking, and excellent attention to detail.
Comfort working with large, complex datasets and explaining insights to different audiences.
Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical ideas into clear actions.
A collaborative approach and experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Capability to balance several priorities and projects in a fast-changing environment.
Experience contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Valid authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.
