What you will do

- Lead root-cause investigations and assist with operational enhancement and process optimization efforts.
- Help define and maintain reporting standards, data quality practices, and analytics approaches.
- Support junior analysts through guidance, knowledge sharing, and informal mentoring.
What the role requires
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a closely related area; equivalent experience may also be accepted.
- Previous experience in data analysis, business intelligence, operations analysis, or a similar analytical position.
- Hands-on experience in collections, debt recovery, receivables management, or a related industry is required.
- Strong SQL skills for extracting, analyzing, and reporting on data.
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving ability, advanced analytical thinking, and excellent attention to detail.
- Comfort working with large, complex datasets and explaining insights to different audiences.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical ideas into clear actions.
- A collaborative approach and experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to balance several priorities and projects in a fast-changing environment.
- Experience contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Valid authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.
