Role summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Bukit Batok, West Region, Singapore. The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day freight and logistics activities, including scheduling, shipment documentation, and tracking. The role requires regular interaction with customers, carriers, and internal teams to handle issues, keep processes compliant, and maintain precise records.

Key duties

The position involves monitoring shipment progress, keeping operational systems current, preparing reports, and helping improve workflow efficiency and service standards. Clear, proactive communication is important to align expectations and support a smooth end-to-end operations process.

Qualifications

• Strong capability in operations and operations management to oversee daily logistics tasks and coordinate processes effectively.
• Good analytical ability to assess information, identify issues, and support operational decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication, along with interpersonal skills, to work well with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Careful attention to detail and strong organization to manage several shipments, timelines, and documents accurately.
• Familiarity with common office applications and logistics or ERP platforms will be an advantage.
• Prior exposure to freight, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related discipline is helpful.
