  • Support partner-led selling by coaching partner SEs during active sales cycles and helping improve deal momentum.
  • Strengthen partner technical capability through measurable enablement, certification, and ongoing learning.

  • Improve customer outcomes by helping create a strong local partner network that can deliver expert guidance.
  • Design and run enablement activities such as workshops, bootcamps, and coaching sessions across APAC.

  • Travel across APAC up to 50% of the time to meet partners and support important opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing position such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or Technical Support.
  • Prior experience in a partner-facing or channel-oriented technical role is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and enable technical teams, with experience creating workshops, labs, or presentation materials being a strong advantage.
  • Solid expertise in logs, metrics, IT operations, and security domains such as SIEM, SOAR, and observability platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities with the capability to explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences.
  • A proactive, program-oriented approach with the ability to build relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Residency in Singapore is required for this role.
  • Prior experience working in a remote environment.
