About the Company

About the Mine
Renison is in a significant growth and investment phase, supported by a solid Life of Mine Plan and ongoing capital reinvestment. The focus is on improving safety, environmental performance, operational efficiency, and overall excellence in production.
About the Role
The company is looking for motivated people who can work well in a team and support a range of operational tasks within the Processing Plant. Training, including a Cert III in Resource Processing, will be provided to help successful candidates meet the expected standard of performance.
You will report to the Processing Shift Supervisor and be responsible for working safely, using sound judgement, and helping resolve plant operating issues when they arise. The roster is 7 days on and 7 days off, with rotating day and night shifts.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the processing plant as part of a team to help achieve grade and recovery targets in a safe, cost-effective, and efficient way.
- Follow all legal obligations and company requirements for safety, health, and environmental protection.
- Operate a forklift and any other assigned machinery or equipment safely when needed.
- Use hand tools and minor equipment competently as part of daily work tasks.
About You
To succeed here, you should bring mechanical aptitude and ideally have worked in crushing, grinding, flotation, wet gravity, or paste plant environments. Experience with plant equipment such as forklifts, bobcats, excavators, EWPs, Canters, IT loaders, and other loaders or 4WD vehicles would be an advantage, though it is not essential because training will be provided.
