Role overview
We are seeking an analytical professional at the start of their career to support a Facilities team as a Procurement Analyst. The position is well suited to a recent graduate or someone with 1 to 2 years of experience who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and helping improve operations. In this role, you will contribute to capital planning, fleet analysis, and reporting while collaborating with teams across the business to strengthen processes and decision-making.
What you will do
- Review facilities capital spend and fleet performance data to inform planning and day-to-day operational choices.
- Build and update weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards along with concise summaries for leadership.
- Track key performance indicators, uncover trends, and turn findings into practical recommendations that improve facilities and fleet outcomes.
- Design clear, interactive visual reports using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Analyze data with statistical and analytical tools, including R and SQL, to support business priorities.
- Spot process gaps and contribute to more efficient workflows and reporting methods.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Facilities, and Fleet stakeholders to maintain accurate, aligned reporting data.
- Assist with ad hoc analysis, forecasting, and special projects as requirements change.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain, or another quantitative discipline.
- A recent graduate or a professional with 1 to 2 years of related analytical experience.
- Strong problem-solving ability, sharp attention to detail, and a structured approach to analysis.
- Hands-on exposure to data visualization platforms such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Working knowledge of R, SQL, Excel, or comparable analytical tools.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
