Procurement Intern

About the Role

Parfums Christian Dior is looking for a Procurement Trainee to join the Merchandising team in Dubai. The role is designed to support day-to-day purchasing activity and supplier coordination while contributing to the House’s vision of luxury, joy, and inclusivity.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare purchase orders and monitor them through completion.
• Assist with the intake and receipt of goods and services.
• Enter MIGO transactions in the system.
• Track supplier invoices and outstanding payments.
• Support the setup of suppliers by gathering the required paperwork.
• Arrange shipments and deliveries, including coordination with courier partners such as Aramex.
• Monitor shipment progress and follow up to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records and organized files.
• Work with internal departments and suppliers as needed.
• Help troubleshoot issues related to orders, receipts, or payment follow-up.

What We’re Looking For

• A university student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational ability and careful attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior exposure to SAP will be considered an advantage.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
