Project Manager (Remote)

Role Summary

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a strategic project lead with a legal background (J.D.). The position focuses on building, refining, and managing large-scale data workflows used to support top AI lab customers. The role is centered on improving data quality, scalability, and operational reliability while coordinating expert teams working in the legal domain.

Compensation

The annual payout for this position is USD 400,000 to USD 550,000.

Key Responsibilities

You will take full ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring that AI lab clients receive accurate, high-quality, and well-managed data pipeline outputs. The role also involves improving domain-focused workflows, guiding teams of human data managers and leads, and working closely with legal subject-matter experts to maintain strong standards of integrity and quality. In addition, you will communicate directly with clients on major initiatives and introduce process enhancements that improve efficiency and performance.

Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should bring project management experience along with a strong legal foundation, ideally a J.D. You should be comfortable leading cross-functional teams, designing and operating data workflows, and handling complex data operations. Strong communication skills are needed for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a track record of improving processes are also important.
