About the Role
Al Waha For Cars is looking for a polished and service-oriented Receptionist to be the initial contact for customers and guests. In this position, you will help create a professional, welcoming front-desk experience while supporting the team with day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks. Arabic language ability will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous way.
- Manage incoming calls by answering, screening, and transferring them to the right person.
- Keep the front desk and reception area tidy, organized, and visually presentable.
- Arrange customer appointments and guide visitors to the appropriate Sales or Service representative.
- Receive and dispatch emails, correspondence, and courier items.
- Record visitor details and follow showroom procedures accurately.
- Provide office support such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Respond to customer questions and coordinate timely follow-up with relevant departments.
- Assist with showroom events and promotional activities when needed.
- Carry out additional administrative tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, or a similar field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in reception, front desk, or another customer-facing position.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Well-groomed, professional, and approachable in manner.
- Good at organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal ability and a customer-first attitude.
- Able to perform effectively in a busy showroom setting.
Additional Information
This is a full-time onsite role based in Doha, Qatar. The position is for a professional who can represent the company at the front desk and support both customer service and administrative functions.
