Retail Coordinator

Role overview

Repco is looking for an experienced Retail Coordinator to join the Rolleston store in a hands-on, customer-facing role. This position blends strong customer service with a strong focus on merchandising, product placement, and store presentation.

Working hours

This is a 32-hour position with the following roster: Monday and Tuesday, 9:00am to 5:30pm; Saturday, 8:30am to 5:30pm; and Sunday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Key duties

In this role, you will help shape product placement, promotions, merchandising, and the overall appearance of the store while also supporting customers on the shop floor. You will be expected to lead by example, maintain high standards, and help keep the branch stocked, clean, and safe.

• Give customers friendly, accurate, and helpful advice
• Maintain strong branch standards, especially around merchandising and planogram updates
• Keep store presentation at a high standard
• Support stock levels and ensure the sales floor remains well stocked
• Help build a safety-first culture in the workplace

Physical requirements

This position involves physical activity, including lifting, bending, and climbing.

What we are looking for

Applicants should bring prior retail experience, ideally with merchandising exposure, along with a creative eye for presentation and a customer-focused approach. A tidy, detail-oriented mindset and confident communication style are important.
