Role summary

We are looking for a full-time remote Technical Recruiter to own the hiring process for technical roles from start to finish. This person will partner with hiring managers to clarify role needs, search for suitable candidates, review applications, and carry out early-stage interviews. The role also includes building sourcing plans, keeping talent pipelines active, arranging interview calendars, and ensuring candidates have a smooth and respectful experience throughout the process.

Key duties

Run end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, including intake discussions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and hiring priorities.
Create focused sourcing approaches to attract qualified candidates for engineering and IT-related roles.
Review resumes and applications to identify strong matches for open positions.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluate fit for technical openings.
Maintain and organize candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Set up interview schedules and coordinate communication between candidates and interviewers.
Help shape a positive, inclusive, and professional candidate journey.
Track market hiring trends and share insights that support better recruiting decisions.
Improve recruiting workflows and make effective use of ATS tools, professional platforms, and job boards.
Support employer branding efforts as part of broader talent acquisition activities.

Required background and skills

Solid experience across the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and supporting offers.
Hands-on technical hiring experience for roles such as software engineers, web developers, and other IT professionals.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with active listening and stakeholder coordination skills.
Comfort using applicant tracking systems, professional networks, and recruitment platforms to build talent pipelines.
Ability to evaluate technical resumes and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
Good understanding of basic software and IT concepts.
Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills in a fast-moving environment.
Commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
Prior experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition is preferred, especially within an IT or technology services environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
