UI/UX Design Intern

About the internship

This role is focused on helping shape the look and feel of web and mobile products. You will contribute to interface design work, explore user needs, and support the team in building intuitive, consistent, and visually polished experiences.

What you'll do

• Support the creation of user interfaces for web and mobile apps.
• Develop wireframes, user journeys, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Carry out user research and review user behavior to help improve usability.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to clarify project needs.
• Maintain consistency across design systems, typography, color usage, and brand identity.
• Take part in usability testing and apply user feedback to refine designs.
• Build responsive layouts that adapt well across different screen sizes.
• Keep up with current UI/UX practices, tools, and industry trends.
• Create supporting visual assets such as icons and illustrations when needed.
• Help organize and update design documentation for the team.

Requirements

• You should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar discipline.
• You need a basic grasp of UI/UX concepts and design thinking.
• You should be comfortable using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping is important.
• You should understand responsive design principles.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving ability is expected.
• You must be detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Who can apply

This internship is open only to candidates who can join full-time in office, can start between 6th Jul'26 and 10th Aug'26, are available for 3 months, and have relevant skills and interests.

Stipend

The stipend is INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month.
