Role overview

The Warehouse Loader role supports day-to-day warehouse operations and reports to the Operations Manager or Warehouse Manager. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. The job involves hands-on work across loading, repacking, inventory handling, and general warehouse upkeep.

What you will do

This is a physically demanding warehouse role focused on preparing and moving product safely and accurately. You will load bulk and route trucks, manage incoming and outgoing freight, and build loads from order sheets using a forklift and an electronic pallet jack. You will also be responsible for ensuring loading accuracy, following shipper and receiver paperwork, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

Key responsibilities

• Select the correct product packages and flavours from the warehouse and place them into route truck bays.
• Rotate stock in trucks and in the warehouse according to expiry dates.
• Repack and clean product in line with company standards.
• Remove damaged or out-of-code product after approval from the Operations Manager.
• Keep the warehouse tidy by disposing of waste nightly, sweeping daily, and operating the floor scrubber as needed.

Working conditions

This position involves repeated lifting of a very high volume of cases during extended shifts, with each case weighing approximately 20 to 45 pounds. Work may take place in a range of weather conditions. The regular schedule is Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, though these hours may change based on operational needs.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a warehouse setting.
• Forklift experience is an advantage.
• A valid full driver’s licence is required, as you may need to assist with moving trucks.
• Ability to lift and carry inventory or advertising displays weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable communicating in English; additional languages are a plus.
