About MS Shift
MS Shift is a rapidly expanding SaaS platform catering to global hospitality organizations, including hotels, resorts, and security teams. Our platform is designed to streamline incident reporting, daily operations, patrol tracking, and team communication.
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant with aspirations to grow into Onboarding and Customer Success roles as the company expands.
Role Overview
This position will provide essential administrative support to leadership, operations, and the customer success team. Key duties include managing administrative tasks, scheduling, documentation, and coordinating with customers. This role offers a clear pathway for advancement into a Customer Success / Client Onboarding Specialist position over time.

Responsibilities
- Manage executive and team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external calls.
- Generate and organize documents, reports, and internal communications.
- Assist with maintaining and updating CRM records, such as Salesforce.
- Organize and maintain customer information and onboarding documentation.
- Provide operational support and coordination assistance to leadership.
- Facilitate the coordination of new customer onboarding sessions.
- Aid in the creation of training materials and documentation.
- Attend onboarding and customer meetings to record minutes and track action items.
- Ensure customers receive timely follow-up information and relevant resources.
- Monitor the progress of customer onboarding and track customer inquiries.
Growth into Customer Success
As the role progresses, responsibilities may expand to encompass:
- Providing support for customer onboarding and implementation processes.
- Assisting in the management of client relationships.
- Monitoring customer engagement and satisfaction levels.
- Supporting renewal processes and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Coordinating customer training sessions.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Customer Support role.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and communication capabilities.
- Proficiency with platforms like LinkedIn and Salesforce.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Typing speed of 60+ words per minute.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting Customer Success or Sales departments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Experience within the hospitality industry is advantageous.
- Background in a SaaS or technology company is a plus.
