About the role
Grill’d is entering a major growth phase in 2026, with more restaurants, new locations across Australia, expansion of its drive-thru network, and a refreshed menu. With more than 21 years in business and 175+ restaurants already operating, the company is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help drive the next stage of growth in a people-focused, fast-casual environment.

What you’ll do
In this position, you’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to support day-to-day leadership, keep service running smoothly, and help the team perform at a high level.
- Support and encourage the team while setting the tone for a positive shift.
- Stay involved in operations across the grill, floor, and guest service areas.
- Help maintain a consistently strong dining experience and high standards.
- Contribute to performance results and celebrate achievements with the team.
- Coach team members so they build confidence and improve across all stations.
- Oversee safety, quality, and operational discipline during shifts.
Training and career growth

Requirements
- Full working rights in Australia are required.
