BIM Modeler

Overview

This opportunity is for a BIM professional in Singapore who has 2 to 5 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination. The role supports architectural and structural projects and requires hands-on work with project drawings, model updates, and coordination across teams.

Eligibility

Applications are encouraged from professionals who are currently in Singapore. Those living in Johor Bahru, Malaysia and able to commute to Singapore every day may also be considered. Candidates with a valid S Pass or Employment Pass, along with an SEC(K) Skills Evaluation Certificate (Knowledge), are also eligible.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Assist architectural and structural teams by preparing project drawings and supporting documentation.
• Work with architects, engineers, and consultants to detect and close design clashes.
• Take part in BIM coordination meetings and project-related discussions.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and generate drawings from BIM models.
• Make sure models and drawings follow project standards and quality expectations.
• Refresh models and drawings whenever design or project requirements change.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
• Experience working on architecture and structural projects.
• Practical knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders involved in a project.
• Understanding of BIM standards, documentation, and quality control.
• Comfortable working in Singapore or commuting daily from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
• Possession of a valid S Pass or Employment Pass with an SEC(K) Skills Evaluation Certificate (Knowledge), where applicable.
