  • Create and execute a sales and marketing approach that makes the most of the company’s working-at-height solutions, including telematics, access control, ancillaries, and material handling attachments, with a focus on safety, service, sustainability, and cost savings.
  • Plan and coordinate training initiatives that improve product knowledge and working-at-height safety awareness across sales channels and hire desks, helping teams act as trusted advisors.
  • Work with marketing to align campaigns and sales material with new, underused, and emerging products and services.
  • Spot new markets and sectors with low penetration, then shape plans to win traction and grow market share.
