The Role

We are seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to spearhead the venture from its current traction to a large-scale operation. This individual will be responsible for the company’s overall strategy, execution, growth trajectory, and long-term vision, with the goal of establishing a category-defining consumer brand from its inception.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for the customized ready-to-wear thoob.

  • Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas: growth and marketing (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ROAS, brand building), technology and product (consumer-facing web/mobile applications, rapid deployment), or operations and supply chain (manufacturer relations, fulfillment, quality assurance).
  • Previous experience leading and developing teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi consumer market, particularly within men's fashion and the thoob segment.
  • Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Fluency in Arabic is essential; strong English proficiency is a significant advantage.
