Role overview

Fenwick is looking for a Communications Coordinator to join its Marketing & Communications team. The position supports PR, influencer, and broader communications activity across the brand, helping campaigns come to life and strengthening Fenwick’s visibility through media, partnerships, and events. The role is based in the London area and follows a hybrid working pattern between home and the Wigmore Street office in Central London.

What you will do

You will coordinate day-to-day communications activity across the marketing calendar, ensuring work is delivered on time, aligned with business priorities, and completed to a high standard. This includes handling product gifting, sample loans, campaign logistics, timelines, and approvals.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support PR and influencer campaigns, while helping build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, agencies, and colleagues across the business. Cross-functional collaboration with Buying, Retail, Digital, and Finance will be important for smooth delivery and commercial alignment.

The role also involves tracking campaign performance, maintaining accurate data, and supporting reporting for PR and influencer activity. You will keep up with market trends and look for new ways to strengthen brand awareness and keep activity relevant, engaging, and effective.

Skills and attributes

This is a fast-moving, collaborative role that suits someone who is organised, proactive, detail-focused, and eager to learn. Strong written and spoken communication, relationship-building ability, and commercial awareness are important. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools is expected, while experience with media databases or influencer platforms would be a plus.
