About Into3.ai
Into3.ai positions itself as India’s first learning infrastructure platform. Its approach is rooted in science-backed learning, using real-time student biomarker signals such as facial expressions, SpO2, blood pressure, and heart rate to adjust the learning journey. The aim is to make learning deeply personalized and focused on true knowledge transfer rather than surface-level engagement.
Role Purpose
This position is focused on creating, nurturing, and growing into3’s student community. The role centers on Student Captains at partner schools, WhatsApp-based school communities, engagement content, challenges, and community-led growth. In Tier 2 and Tier 3 India, peer recommendation is a major driver of adoption, so this role sits at the center of that growth engine.
What You Will Do
- Learn the Student Captain model in depth, including the one-captain-per-school structure, Founding Captain recognition, WhatsApp group coordination, and ambassador responsibilities.
- Create a starter kit for Student Captains with welcome messages, weekly challenge templates, Blob content packs, and sharing guides.
- Build and organize the WhatsApp Community setup, including a central master community and separate school-level groups, while planning the first week’s engagement plan.
- Join event-preparation discussions and build familiarity with each school and captain personally.
- Meet Student Captains in person on event day, capture photos, add them to WhatsApp groups, and strengthen personal relationships.
- Run a daily engagement rhythm that includes morning motivation, afternoon study tips, evening quizzes or challenges, and night-time study check-ins.
- Launch the first community challenge, such as a 7-day streak challenge, with leaderboard visibility and Blob shoutouts for students who study consistently.
- Collect student testimonials and parent reviews, especially video testimonials that can help convert other parents.
- Create urgency around free Premium access expiry in a helpful, non-pushy way to support conversion to paid usage.
- Track community feedback closely, escalating product bugs quickly and responding to parent questions about data privacy using approved compliance messaging.
- Expand the Student Captain network as more schools join, including weekly captain calls and challenge-based engagement.
- Plan and run recurring community activities such as quiz nights, Blob birthday celebrations, subject-based challenges, and inter-school competitions.
- Encourage and repost user-generated content with permission, highlight parent testimonials, and build regular Student of the Week-style recognition.
- Help create a parent community through dedicated WhatsApp groups that share research-backed study insights, exam guidance, and practical learning support.
Who This Role Suits
This job is best suited to someone who has grown a community from the ground up rather than only maintaining a large existing one. The ideal person understands that the first 100 members matter most and knows how to build trust through personal connection.
The communication style should feel natural, student-friendly, and conversational. The right candidate can write in Hinglish comfortably, knows when to use a meme versus a motivational message, and understands the real concerns of teenagers and parents in smaller cities.
This is an always-on community role, so the person should be comfortable responding outside standard office hours when members need help, encouragement, or reassurance.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing WhatsApp groups or online communities, such as school groups, college groups, hobby communities, or brand communities.
- Ability to communicate naturally in Hinglish without sounding overly formal or promotional.
- Working knowledge of student life, including exam pressure, teacher relationships, parent expectations, competitive stress, and school social dynamics.
- Strong energy, empathy, and emotional maturity for celebrating wins, handling setbacks, and mediating conflicts.
- Good organizational ability to manage many school groups, multiple captains, a daily content calendar, and community metrics at the same time.
Good-to-Have Background
- Experience as a Student Captain, school prefect, or other student/community leader.
- Ability to create simple content such as short videos, Canva creatives, or memes.
- Prior experience managing communities on Discord or Telegram in addition to WhatsApp.
- Exposure to tutoring, teaching, or education, with enough comfort to answer basic academic questions.
Not a Fit If
- You believe community work is only about scheduling posts rather than actively participating and responding.
- You are not comfortable with Hindi-medium or Hinglish conversations, which will make up most of the interaction.
- You are treating this as only a temporary step toward another marketing job, rather than valuing community as a core growth function.
- You prefer strict office-hour boundaries and do not check messages outside the usual workday.
