About the Role

As a Social Content Creator at Deel, you will be the driving force behind our brand's social-first storytelling. Your role involves transforming concepts into engaging content that captures audience attention and encourages sharing. You will manage the entire content creation lifecycle, from ideation and production to publishing and analysis. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking to understand audience needs, creative flair for fresh concepts, and on-camera presence when necessary. You will tailor content specifically for platforms like TikTok and Instagram, recognizing their distinct dynamics, pacing, and authenticity standards.

You will proactively identify and capitalize on relevant moments and conversations, discerning trends that align with the brand's voice from mere noise. You'll spot organic opportunities and generate ideas independently, moving rapidly from concept to publication within days. This role is hands-on, with end-to-end ownership of content, including analyzing performance and iterating based on insights.
