Signify is a B2B SaaS product focused on document management and e-signatures. The company is growing across international markets, and its website plays a key role in bringing in new business.

Role Overview

This position is responsible for owning the website as an acquisition channel, with accountability for the quality, clarity, and performance of all published content. The role involves writing copy directly, coordinating visual production with designers and external contributors, and managing localization for new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and update copy across product and marketing pages on the website.
• Create new pages as the company expands into additional markets and launches new features.
• Prepare design briefs and work with designers to produce supporting visual assets.
• Publish and maintain content in the CMS, including Strapi.
• Set up and manage localization workflows, coordinate local reviewers, and take ownership of the final outcome.
• Keep every page optimized for SEO through strong structure, clear intent, and well-organized messaging.

Landing Pages

Marketing campaigns will rely on landing pages that convert. You will develop the copy for these pages and coordinate production based on campaign needs and briefs.

Lead Nurturing and Onboarding Content

• Write email sequences for onboarding and lead nurturing.
• Develop newsletter content.
• Create help center articles.

Blog and Product Content

• Produce blog posts that support search visibility and clearly explain product value.
• Develop case studies from idea to publication, including finding the story and writing the final piece.

Product Demo Videos

The role also includes creating short product demonstration videos. You may produce these independently with available tools or manage the process with a motion animator.

What We Are Looking For

• Hands-on experience managing a website that functions as a customer acquisition channel, ideally for a SaaS or digital product.
• Excellent English copywriting ability with a clear, concise, and product-focused style.
• Practical understanding of SEO, especially how content structure and search intent influence performance.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve speed and efficiency.
• Experience working with a CMS or similar publishing process.

Tools and Workflow

The current stack includes Strapi for content management, Brevo for email, Notion for organization, and Canva for design support. You will also use localization tools and AI-assisted content production workflows. Familiarity with these exact tools is less important than the ability to learn quickly.
