Role Overview

We are hiring a proactive, service-driven Customer Service Representative to join a growing remote team. Customer Support and Communication

Issue Resolution

Assess customer concerns and work toward prompt, effective solutions.
Route complex or unresolved issues to the correct internal team when needed.
Keep thorough and accurate records of conversations, actions taken, and outcomes.
Check back with customers to confirm their issue has been fully resolved and that they are satisfied.

Customer Experience

Create strong customer relationships through clear and professional communication.
Help improve retention by delivering consistent, high-quality support.
Collect customer feedback and pass along observations that can improve workflows and services.
Contribute positively to a cooperative and supportive team culture.

Administrative and Systems Support

Use CRM tools and support platforms to track and manage customer interactions.
Maintain accurate and current customer data and documentation.
Assist with keeping support materials and internal knowledge resources updated.
Follow company policies, procedures, and service expectations.

Requirements

1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role.
Strong spoken and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving and conflict-handling ability.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
Professional, reliable, and customer-first mindset.
Well-developed organizational skills and careful attention to detail.
Comfort working independently in a remote setup.
Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools is preferred.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or comparable software.
High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education is an advantage.
